How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working hard to expand our delivery services to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, certain textiles and bedding must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.
Are your kitchenware products dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic and glass items are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing our wooden utensils and gold-trimmed dinnerware to preserve their finish.
